Lessons are given for guitar, bass, drums, piano, saxophone, trumpet, clarinet, flute, oboe, violin, viola and voice and are priced at $25 per ½ hour private lesson, once a week, on a regular day and time.
Payment in advance of the first lesson places the student on the schedule; subsequently, payment for the remaining lessons in the month is due at the next lesson or, as is the usual case, at the first lesson of the new month. Attendance at lessons is not optional.
Learning an instrument should never be drudgery and every attempt will be made to tailor lessons to the student’s individual goals. However, the desire to play a musical instrument is not enough: the student must be prepared to learn (practice) 5-6 days per week and for at least 15 minutes per session. The student’s appearance on a regular day and time each week is crucial to learning a musical instrument. The School is, of course, flexible in regards to special scheduling needs but non-attendance to a lesson without reasonable notice will result in loss of the lesson.
